Ingredients
100 grams of shredded coconut flakes
180 ml cow or coconut milk
3 whole eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon chemical yeast
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- In a container add the eggs and beat them for about 1 minute.
Put the condensed milk, cow’s milk or coconut and mix lightly.
Add the coconut flakes, salt and mix again.
Set aside for 5 minutes for the coconut to hydrate.
Then add the baking soda and mix just to homogenize. - Unite a glass refractory or aluminum shape with butter or oil.
Pour the dough, place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake for approximately 35 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. - Carefully remove the dessert from the oven, wait for it to cool at room temperature and the creamy coconut cocada is ready to serve.
