Put these simple ingredients together and make this amazing Omelette Pie in the oven today!

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/2 zucchini

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

  • 200 grams of mozzarella

  • 200 grams of ham

  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Green smell to taste

  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  • In a container add the eggs, tomato, onion and chopped garlic cloves, grated zucchini, peeled and grated carrots, chopped ham, diced mozzarella, salt, oregano and black pepper August. 
    Mix all the ingredients very well.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix again very well. 
    Pour everything into a greased refractory with a thread of olive oil and then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden on the outside and when tested with a toothpick, it comes out clean.
  • Carefully remove the omelette pie from the oven, finish sprinkling chopped green smell to taste on top and the recipe is ready to eat.
