Ingredients
3 eggs
1 can condensed milk (395g)
100g of grated cheese (can be parmesan or Minas cheese)
100g grated coconut
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1 tablespoon melted butter
Butter or margarine for greasing the molds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat lightly with a fork.
- Add condensed milk and mix well until smooth.
- Add the grated coconut, grated cheese, melted butter and wheat flour.Â
Mix again until all ingredients are well incorporated. - Grease the cheesecake molds with butter or margarine.
- Pour the batter into the molds, filling each one to approximately 3/4 of its capacity.
- Place the cheesecakes in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
- Remove the cheesecakes from the oven and let them cool before unmolding.
- Develop the queijadinhas and serve them at room temperature.
