Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 can condensed milk (395g)

  • 100g of grated cheese (can be parmesan or Minas cheese)

  • 100g grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • Butter or margarine for greasing the molds

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat lightly with a fork.
  • Add condensed milk and mix well until smooth.
  • Add the grated coconut, grated cheese, melted butter and wheat flour. 
    Mix again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Grease the cheesecake molds with butter or margarine.
  • Pour the batter into the molds, filling each one to approximately 3/4 of its capacity.
  • Place the cheesecakes in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
  • Remove the cheesecakes from the oven and let them cool before unmolding.
  • Develop the queijadinhas and serve them at room temperature.
