Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup sugar (you can substitute your favorite sweetener)

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon powdered yeast

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
    Unite a form of cake with butter or oil and book.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. 
    Add eggs, sugar and vegetable oil. 
    Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt. 
    Mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredient mixture to the bowl with the banana mixture. 
    Stir gently until you get a uniform dough. 
    Be careful not to overmix, just enough to combine the ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding.
