Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (you can substitute your favorite sweetener)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon powdered yeast
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.Â
Unite a form of cake with butter or oil and book. - In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.Â
Add eggs, sugar and vegetable oil.Â
Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. - In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt.Â
Mix well. - Add the dry ingredient mixture to the bowl with the banana mixture.Â
Stir gently until you get a uniform dough.Â
Be careful not to overmix, just enough to combine the ingredients. - Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it out evenly.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
