1 egg
1 very ripe banana
2 tablespoons of finely ground oat flakes
Cinnamon powder to taste

1 small banana, sliced into rounds

Directions
- Cut the banana into slices and mash well.
Add the egg, the oatmeal in fine flakes and mix very well, until the dough is homogeneous. - Transfer the dough to a preheated, oiled skillet.
Spread evenly and turn the dough when it is golden on the bottom.
Let the other side brown lightly as well. - Transfer the dough to a plate and place the sliced dwarf banana on top of one of the halves.
Put honey and cinnamon powder to taste, fold the dough, finish by putting a little more honey on top and the fit banana pancake is ready.
