Ingredients
125 g blanched bean sprouts
1/4 cup sliced olives
2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Cherry tomatoes, to taste
Vinegar, to taste
Olive oil, to taste
Salt, to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the blanched bean sprouts, sliced red onion, sliced olives, and chopped celery leaves. Mix well.

- Transfer the salad to a serving dish and add the cherry tomatoes. Season with vinegar, olive oil, and salt to taste. Toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
