Make this bean sprout salad is so quick and easy that it will surprise you.

Ingredients

  • 125 g blanched bean sprouts

  • 1/4 cup sliced olives

  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • Cherry tomatoes, to taste

  • Vinegar, to taste

  • Olive oil, to taste

  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the blanched bean sprouts, sliced red onion, sliced olives, and chopped celery leaves. Mix well.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving dish and add the cherry tomatoes. Season with vinegar, olive oil, and salt to taste. Toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Serve the bean sprout salad immediately, or refrigerate it for a while before serving if you prefer it chilled.
