Ingredients
1 cup of raw beans
3 tablespoons cornmeal or as needed to thicken
1 cup fried bacon
1/2 large chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped olives
green smell to taste
salt to taste
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon lard or 2 tablespoons soy oil
Directions
- In a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of hot water;
- Add 1 cup of raw beans;
- Add 3 bay leaves;
- Leave on pressure for 40 minutes;
- In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of lard or 2 tablespoons of soy oil;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
- Add half a ladle of beans, without the broth;
- Mash the beans;
- Transfer everything to the pressure cooker;
- Add 1 cup of fried bacon;
- Add 3 tablespoons of cornmeal (or as needed to thicken) little by little, while mixing;
- Add parsley and chives;
- Add 1/2 large chopped onion;
- Add 1/2 cup of chopped olives;
- Your bean tutu is ready!
