Ingredients
Meat in cubes or strips 1kg
1 piece chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
Olive oil 3 tablespoons (39 mL)
Fresh cream 2 cups (480 mL)
200g sliced paris mushroom
Cognac 1 serving (50 ml)
Tomato extract 3 tablespoons (45g)
Ketchup 2 tbsp (24g)
Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons (30 mL)
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pan over high heat, add 1 tbsp Olive Oil;
- As soon as the pan is hot, add meat in cubes or strips 1kg;
- Leave until golden;
- Remove the meat from the pan;
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- Add chopped onion 1 unit;
- Add minced garlic 3 cloves;
- Add Tomato Extract 3 tbsp (45g);
- Add Ketchup 2 tbsp (24g);
- Add Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp (30 mL);
- Mix;
- Add the meat that was reserved;
- Mix;
- Make a space in the middle of the pan and add Cognac 1 dose (50 mL);
- Leave for 30 seconds and mix;
- Add 200g sliced paris mushroom;
- Add 2 cups (480 mL) fresh cream;
- Mix;
- Add Salt to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Mix;
- Leave for another 15 minutes on the fire;
- Your beef stroganoff is ready!
