  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons (39 mL)

  • Fresh cream 2 cups (480 mL)

  • 200g sliced ​​paris mushroom

  • Cognac 1 serving (50 ml)

  • Tomato extract 3 tablespoons (45g)

  • Ketchup 2 tbsp (24g)

  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons (30 mL)

  • salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a pan over high heat, add 1 tbsp Olive Oil;
  • As soon as the pan is hot, add meat in cubes or strips 1kg;
  • Leave until golden;
  • Remove the meat from the pan;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil;

  • Add minced garlic 3 cloves;
  • Add Tomato Extract 3 tbsp (45g);
  • Add Ketchup 2 tbsp (24g);
  • Add Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp (30 mL);
  • Mix;
