This beer jelly has a unique and distinctive flavor that will surprise your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 150 g sugar

  • 330 ml beer

  • 50 ml vinegar

  • 200 ml liquid pectin

  • 100 ml filtered water

Directions

  • In a saucepan, while still off the heat, add the beer, filtered water, and sugar, stirring well.
  • Add the vinegar and cook over low heat, stirring continuously until the liquid reduces.
  • Add the liquid pectin and continue stirring until the mixture becomes thicker and more bubbles start to form.
  • Once the jelly becomes more consistent and no longer drips easily from the spoon, turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • Serve the jelly immediately or store it in a sealed jar in the refrigerator before and after consumption.
