This blender pie crust is a hit for sure!


  • 4 eggs

  • 200 ml of oil

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 200 ml shredded or grated cheese

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  • In a blender place the milk, oil, eggs, chopped or grated cheese and salt. 
    Beat for about 1 minute and transfer the mixture to a container. 
    Add the wheat flour and mix well.
  • Add the baking powder and stir gently until the dough is homogenized. 
    Pour half of the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet. 
    Then add the stuffing of your choice and put the rest of the dough.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
  • Wait for the pie to cool a little before serving and the recipe is ready to eat.
