Blender’s chicken pie

Ingredients
- Filling
Oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 piece chopped onion
2 pieces chopped tomato
Cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 unit (+or-500g)
Tomato extract 2 tablespoons (30g)
Cottage cheese 1/2 pot (100g)
Chicken broth 1/3 cup (80 mL)
Peas 1 can (200g)
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley 2 tablespoons (10g)

eggs 3 units
Milk 1 and 1/2 cup (360 mL)
Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Salt 1 teaspoon (5g)
Wheat Flour 2 cups (240g)
Chemical yeast 1 1/2 tablespoon (22g)
Grated Parmesan 2 tablespoons (20g)
Directions
- Filling
- Place a large pot over medium heat;
- Add Oil 1 tbsp (13 mL);
- Add minced garlic 3 cloves;
- Let it brown;
- Add chopped onion 1 unit;
- Mix and let it cool;
- Add chopped tomato 2 units;
- Let it wither;
- Add cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 unit (+or-500g);
- Add Tomato Extract 2 tbsp (30g);
- Add 1/2 pot curd (100g);
- Mix;
- Add 1/3 cup (80 mL) chicken broth;
- Add Pea 1 can (200g);
- Add Salt to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Mix well;
- Add chopped parsley 2 tablespoons (10g);
- Mix;
- Pasta
- In a blender, add Eggs 3 units;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup Milk (360 mL);
- Add Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL;)
- Add 2 cups (240g) Wheat Flour;
- Add Salt 1 tsp (5g);
- Add 2 cups (240g) Wheat Flour;
- Beat well;
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp (22g) Chemical Yeast while whisking for another 15 seconds;
- Transfer 2/3 of the dough to a greased and floured shape;
- Add the stuffing over the dough;
- Add the rest of the dough;
- Add 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (20g);
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
- Your blender chicken pie is ready!
