Surprise everyone with this delicious boiled egg mayonnaise!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup (tea) extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Boil the eggs, peel them, cut them in half and put them in a blender. 
    Add the olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Whisk the ingredients very well until you get a homogeneous mixture. 
    Transfer to a container of your choice, leave in the fridge for a few hours before serving if you like and the boiled egg mayonnaise is ready.
