Ingredients
3 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In the blender, add the milk, oil and eggs.
Mix until you get a smooth mixture. - In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Pour the liquid mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Stir well until you form a homogeneous mass.
The dough might be a little sticky, but don’t worry. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden on top and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before unmolding and slicing.
