To prepare your blender bread, use the ingredients and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 3 eggs

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In the blender, add the milk, oil and eggs. 
    Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Pour the liquid mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  • Stir well until you form a homogeneous mass. 
    The dough might be a little sticky, but don’t worry.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden on top and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before unmolding and slicing.
