Cake Without Milk

Ingredients
4 eggs
3 cups of wheat flour (360 grams)
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (270 grams)
1 cup (200ml) guarana flavored soda
1 tablespoon of baking powder (10 grams)
Directions
- Sift the wheat flour and baking powder, mix and set aside.
Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites until stiff and set aside. - Place the yolks in a container, add the sugar and beat with a whisk or an electric mixer until pale.
- Add the soda to the yolk mixture and mix well.
- Add the flour and baking powder mixture and mix well.
Add the snow whites and mix gently until homogenized. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
- Then take the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Wait for the cake to cool and unmold by passing a knife on the sides of the form to make it easier
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top to taste (optional) and the milk-free cake is ready to serve.
