Ingredients
3 medium grated carrots
3 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking form with butter and flour.
- In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs and oil until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar and wheat flour.
- Add the liquid mixture to the bowl with the sugar and flour mixture, mixing well until smooth.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into the greased tin and bake for about 40 minutes or until the cake is baked (do the toothpick test).
- Let cool slightly before serving.
