Ingredients
4 cups of sour sprinkle (tea)
1 cup sweet sprinkles (tea)
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1/4 cup milk (tea)
250 ml of water
250 grams of cheese (half cure, parmesan, mozzarella, canasta etc)
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a pan add the milk, oil and water, mix well and bring to a boil.Â
Add the sweet starch, the sour starch and salt to taste, stir and add the hot mixture of milk, oil and water.Â
Stir well until the dough is homogenized and set aside to cool. - Add the cheese of your choice to the dough, then the eggs and knead well with your hands to incorporate the ingredients.Â
With oil-greased hands, shape the breads with portions of the dough, place them side by side in a mold and place grated cheese on top. - Take the cheese breads to the preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake them for approximately 30 minutes, or until they start to brown on top.Â
Remove from the oven and wait to cool down. - Remove the cheese breads from the pan using a spatula or knife if necessary and they are ready to serve and eat.
