400ml of cottage cheese
400ml of sour cream
50ml of milk
250g of mozzarella cheese
100g of provolone cheese
100g of gorgonzola cheese
200g of cheese
50ml of white wine
nutmeg to taste
Directions
- In a pan, add 400ml of curd;
- Add 400ml of cream;
- Add 50ml of milk;
- Mix over low heat until hot;
- Add 250g of mozzarella cheese;
- Add 100g of provolone cheese;
- Add 100g of gorgonzola cheese;
- Add 200g of cheese;
- Mix well until melted;
- Add 50ml of white wine;
- Mix;
- Add nutmeg to taste;
- Mix;
- Your cheese fondue is ready!
