To prepare your cheese fondue, you will need the following ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 400ml of cottage cheese

  • 400ml of sour cream

  • 50ml of milk

  • 250g of mozzarella cheese

  • 100g of provolone cheese

  • 100g of gorgonzola cheese

  • 200g of cheese

  • 50ml of white wine

  • nutmeg to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, add 400ml of curd;
  • Add 400ml of cream;
  • Add 50ml of milk;
  • Mix over low heat until hot;
  • Add 250g of mozzarella cheese;
  • Add 100g of provolone cheese;
  • Add 100g of gorgonzola cheese;
  • Add 200g of cheese;
  • Mix well until melted;
  • Add 50ml of white wine;
  • Mix;
  • Add nutmeg to taste;
  • Mix;
