Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk or chestnut milk

  • 1 tablespoon of xylitol

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • 4 tablespoons of chia

Directions

  • In a container add chia, coconut or chestnut milk, xylitol and vanilla essence. 
    Mix well until homogenized and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve the chia pudding in a pot or glass of your choice and consume the cold dessert with the accompaniment of your choice.
