Ingredients
500g pre-cooked lasagna noodles
2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
2 minced garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of cream
200g sliced mozzarella cheese
200g of sliced ham
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Grated parmesan cheese for gratin
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion and sauté until golden. - Add the shredded chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well to incorporate the seasonings. - Add tomato sauce and sour cream to the pan.
Mix everything and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Season with oregano to taste. - On a refractory platter, spread a thin layer of the chicken sauce on the bottom.
- Top with a layer of pre-cooked lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of ham and another layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the process, alternating layers of chicken sauce, lasagna noodles, ham and cheese, until you run out of ingredients.
Be sure to finish with a layer of sauce and cheese on top. - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the final layer of cheese.
- Cover the platter with aluminum paper and take it to the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and let the lasagna cook for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
