Ingredients

  • 500g pre-cooked lasagna noodles

  • 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 can of tomato sauce

  • 1 can of cream

  • 200g sliced ​​mozzarella cheese

  • 200g of sliced ​​ham

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Oregano to taste

  • Grated parmesan cheese for gratin

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. 
    Add garlic and onion and sauté until golden.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. 
    Stir well to incorporate the seasonings.
  • Add tomato sauce and sour cream to the pan. 
    Mix everything and let it cook for about 5 minutes. 
    Season with oregano to taste.
  • On a refractory platter, spread a thin layer of the chicken sauce on the bottom.
  • Top with a layer of pre-cooked lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of ham and another layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the process, alternating layers of chicken sauce, lasagna noodles, ham and cheese, until you run out of ingredients. 
    Be sure to finish with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the final layer of cheese.
  • Cover the platter with aluminum paper and take it to the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the foil and let the lasagna cook for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
