Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 3 cups of tea (200 ml cup) all-purpose flour

  • 1 level teaspoon of salt

  • 5 tablespoons of very cold margarine

  • 1 yolk

  • ice water until the dough comes together

  • 1 tsp of oil or olive oil

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 kg of cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup (200 ml cup) ready-made tomato sauce

  • In a bowl, add 3 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of sifted wheat flour;
  • Add 1 level teaspoon of salt;
  • Add 5 tablespoons of very cold margarine;
  • Mix well, squeezing with your fingers;
  • Add 1 yolk;
  • Add ice water until the dough comes together (little by little while mixing);
  • Mix well;
  • Put the dough inside a plastic bag and take it to the fridge;
  • Filling
  • In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tsp of oil or olive oil;
  • Add 1 medium onion, diced;
  • Let it brown a little;
  • Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
  • Let it brown;
  • Add 1 kg of cooked and shredded chicken breast;
  • Add 1 chopped seedless tomato;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of paprika;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of ready-made tomato sauce;
  • Mix;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of chopped green smell;

  • Cut the dough in half;
