Ingredients
1 can condensed milk (395g)
1 can of cream (200g)
4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of butter
Chocolate sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
Butter (to grease the pan)
Sugar (to sprinkle the mold)
Directions
- Grease a pudding mold with butter and sprinkle sugar over the entire surface.
This helps to unmold the brigadier more easily. - In the blender, add condensed milk, milk cream, chocolate powder, eggs and butter.
- Beat all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pudding mold.
- Place the mold in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) in a water bath.
For the bain-marie, place the mold in a larger baking dish and add hot water until it reaches half the height of the pudding mold. - Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes, or until the brigadeiro is firm around the edges but still a little creamy in the center.
Time may vary depending on your oven. - Remove the mold from the oven and let the brigadeiro cool completely at room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for a few hours to firm up.
- To unmold, run a slightly warmed knife around the edges of the brigadeiro and turn it onto a serving plate.
- If desired, decorate the brigadeiro with chocolate sprinkles before serving.
- Cut into slices and serve the iced brigadeiro.
