With a chocolate frosting with delicious milk cream you make your cakes even tastier!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder (if it is chocolate, do not add sugar)

Directions

  • In a pan add the cream, chocolate powder, sugar, butter or margarine and bring to a boil. 
    Stir constantly for a few minutes, until it boils and the mixture has the consistency of brigadeiro.
  • After the chocolate coating thickens, turn off the heat. 
    Let it cool at room temperature or transfer it to the fridge and the recipe is ready to use.
