Ingredients
200g mixed nuts
500g semisweet compound chocolate
Directions
- Chop the semisweet compound chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, or melt it using a double boiler on the stovetop.

- Add almost all of the mixed nuts to the melted chocolate, reserving a small portion for garnish. Stir until the nuts are evenly coated with the chocolate.
- Spoon portions of the chocolate mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with butter. Sprinkle the reserved nuts on top.

- Refrigerate the chocolates until they are completely set and firm.
- Once hardened, remove the chocolates from the tray. They are now ready to serve.
