3 eggs 150 grams
1/2 cup of butter (100 grams)
1 cup of sugar (185 grams)
1/2 cup (110 ml) coconut milk
1/4 cup of grated coconut (20 grams)
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour 135 grams
1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams
3 egg whites 105 grams
- Syrup
1/2 cup (110 ml) coconut milk
1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk 110 ml
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk 320 ml
grated coconut to spread the cakes
Directions
- Pasta
- In a bowl, add 3 egg yolks;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams;
- Beat for 3 minutes;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar 185 grams;
- Beat well;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of coconut milk 110 ml;
- Add 1/4 cup (tea) of grated coconut 20 grams;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour 135 grams;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
- Mix well;
- Beat 3 egg whites in the mixer;
- Add them to the dough;
- Mix well;
- Transfer the dough to a buttered baking sheet;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 27 minutes;
- Syrup
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cup (tea) of coconut milk 110 ml;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk 110 ml;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk 320 ml;
- Mix well;
- Dip the pieces of cake in the syrup;
- Pass the cake in the grated coconut;
- Your coconut ice cream cake is ready!
