  • 1/2 cup of butter (100 grams)

  • 1 cup of sugar (185 grams)

  • 1/2 cup (110 ml) coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup of grated coconut (20 grams)

  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour 135 grams

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams

  • 3 egg whites 105 grams

  • Syrup
  • 1/2 cup (110 ml) coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk 110 ml

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk 320 ml

Directions

  • Pasta
  • In a bowl, add 3 egg yolks;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams;
  • Beat for 3 minutes;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar 185 grams;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of coconut milk 110 ml;
  • Add 1/4 cup (tea) of grated coconut 20 grams;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour 135 grams;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
  • Mix well;
  • Beat 3 egg whites in the mixer;
  • Add them to the dough;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer the dough to a buttered baking sheet;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 27 minutes;
  • Syrup
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup (tea) of coconut milk 110 ml;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk 110 ml;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk 320 ml;
  • Mix well;
  • Dip the pieces of cake in the syrup;
  • Pass the cake in the grated coconut;
