Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
3 eggs
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
A bit of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.Â
Grease and flour a cake tin measuring approximately 22 cm in diameter. - In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, eggs, oil and milk.Â
You can add vanilla essence at this point if desired.Â
Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough. - Sift the wheat flour and baking powder over the liquid mixture and add a pinch of salt.Â
Stir until the dough is completely incorporated and there are no more lumps. - Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before unmolding.Â
Then let it cool completely on a wire rack. - Optionally, you can sprinkle icing sugar over the top of the cake before serving.
