5 cloves of garlic

1 tomato
1/2 sachet of tomato sauce

360 ml of milk

1 cup and a half of wheat flour

- In a pan on the fire, add 3 tablespoons of oil;
- Add 1 chopped onion;
- Let it brown;
- Add 5 minced garlic cloves;
- Saute until golden;
- Add 500 g of ground beef;
- Add paprika to taste;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;

- Add 1/2 chopped bell pepper;
- Add 1 chopped tomato;
- Add seasonings (turmeric, basil, salt, black pepper);
- Add half a sachet of tomato sauce;
- Mix and cook for 5 to 10 minutes;

- In a blender, add 1 egg;
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine;
- Add 360 ml of milk;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 1 cup and a half of all-purpose flour;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Add 1 ladle of dough to a skillet on the fire;
- When it starts to release from the bottom, turn it over;
- Turn off the fire;
- Fill the pancake with the ground meat;
- Add cheese (optional);
- Roll the pancake;
- Transfer to a refractory, with the fold facing down;
- Add tomato sauce on top;

- Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (just to melt the cheese);
