Ingredients

  • ½ medium onion cut into cubes

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1 small pepper in cubes

  • 1 large tomato cut into cubes

  • 300g of minced meat

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1½ teaspoons salt (to taste)

  • ⅓ teaspoon of black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon of paprika

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley

  • ¼ cup olives (optional and to taste)

  • Oregano (to taste)

  • 6 slices of cheese (to taste)

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce (340g)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)

  • 1 cup of water (240ml)

Directions

  • In a pan, add ½ medium onion cut into cubes;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil;
  • Turn on low heat and mix until golden;
  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Add 1 small pepper in cubes;
  • Add 1 large tomato cut into cubes;
  • Mix over medium heat for 3 minutes;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of paprika;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add 300g of ground beef;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of green seasoning;
  • Add olives to taste;
  • Mix until the meat starts to brown;
  • Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes;
  • Cook without the lid until the broth dries up;
  • In a blender, add 4 eggs;
  • Add 1 cup of water;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
  • Add 1 cup of wheat flour tea;
  • Whisk until well blended;
  • Grease a skillet with oil and place over low heat;
  • Add 1 ladle of dough;
  • Turn the dough as soon as it starts to unglue from the skillet;
  • In a baking dish, add 1 layer of tomato sauce;
  • Add the stuffing to the doughs and close them;
  • Add them to the baking sheet;
  • Add tomato sauce on top;
  • Add cheese;
  • Add oregano;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes;
