Ingredients
2 cans of green corn
1 powdered chicken stock
1 1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of corn starch
1 spoon of butter
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 box of sour cream
parsley to taste
Directions
- In a blender, add 2 cans of drained green corn;
- Add 1 1/2 cup of milk;
- Add 1 chicken stock powder;
- Add 1 teaspoon of corn starch;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 tablespoon of butter;
- Add 1 chopped onion;
- Add 2 cloves of garlic;
- Saute;
- Add the blender mixture;
- Add salt, black pepper and green smell to taste;
- Mix;
- Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat;
- Add 1 box of sour cream;
- Mix;
- Your Corn Cream is ready!
