Ingredients
3 eggs
50 grams of grated coconut
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese (or other cheese of your choice)
2 cups of corn flour (corn)
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of cake yeast
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- In a blender add eggs, sugar, milk and oil.
Cover and beat for 30 seconds and add the cornmeal, grated Parmesan cheese and grated coconut.
Beat for another 2 minutes.
- Add baking powder to the dough and mix with a spoon until homogenized.
Transfer the dough to a greased shape with oil and sugar, take it to a preheated oven at 240º₢ and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. - After the cake has cooled to room temperature, unmold onto a plate or platter and the cornmeal cake is ready to serve.
