Crab cone is one of the favorite recipes for those who love seafood and it can be made at home in a very easy way!


  • 1 kilo of crab meat

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon cognac

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 yolk

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 2 teaspoons palm oil

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 3 tablespoons of parsley

  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

  • 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 6 slices of bread

  • Black pepper to taste


  • Remove the crusts from the bread slices, chop the breads, add the milk and set aside. 
    Preheat a pan with olive oil, palm oil, chopped onion and chopped garlic. 
    Sauté without stopping stirring until wilted and add the skinless and seedless chopped tomatoes. 
    Sauté until wilted too, always stirring so it doesn’t burn.
  • Add the crab meat and mix well. 
    Add the salt, tomato sauce, cognac, chopped parsley, black pepper and stir well. 
    Add the yolk to the bread soaked with milk, mix and transfer to the pan with the other ingredients. 
    Stir until homogenized.
  • Evenly distribute the stuffing in natural or disposable shells. 
    Arrange the crab shells side-by-side on a baking sheet. 
    Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the filling and then the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the crab shells in a preheated oven at 180º₢, bake them for approximately 10 minutes and the recipe is ready to serve.Crab Shell
