Ingredients
4 eggs (220 g)
1 cup milk (240 ml)
1½ cups sugar (300 g)
1 cup cornstarch (130 g)
1 container of heavy cream (300 g)
2 cups all-purpose flour (320 g)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (30 g)
4 tablespoons powdered milk (50 g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (15 g)
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Beat until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add the butter (or margarine) and the heavy cream, then mix well.

- Pour in the milk, add the powdered milk, and mix until well combined. Add the all-purpose flour and cornstarch, then stir until the batter is smooth and fully incorporated.
- Add the baking powder and gently mix just until evenly distributed. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool slightly before removing it from the pan. Slice and serve your delicious Cream Cake.
