This creamy caramel brings together flavor and practicality, perfect for making milk drinks even more delicious!

Ingredients

  • 150ml whipped cream / whipping cream or fresh cream

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk (120 ml)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar until caramelized, stirring constantly.
  • Add the butter, milk, salt, condensed milk and cook without stopping stirring until the caramel melts.
  • Cook for another 1 minute after melting and turn off the heat. 
    Transfer the caramel to a container and leave it in the fridge or freezer until it cools down.
  • Beat the caramel with a mixer or hand mixer, add the whipped cream, cream or cream mixture and continue beating until it reaches a snow-white point.
  • Transfer the creamy caramel to a jar with a lid, store it in the fridge and whenever you want to consume it mix one to two spoons in a glass with hot milk.
