1 passion fruit
100 ml of hot water
100 ml of water at room temperature
1 pack of passion fruit gelatin
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
2 boxes of sour cream
Directions
- Dissolve the gelatin in 100 ml of hot water, mixing well, transfer to another container and wait to cool down a bit.
- Add the sour cream and stir well.Â
Pour the mixture into a refractory, cover and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it hardens. - Put the passion fruit pulp in a pan, add 100 ml of water, the sugar and stir constantly over low heat until it thickens.Â
Turn off the heat and let it cool. - Add the passion fruit syrup over the dessert, leave it in the fridge a little longer if you prefer and the creamy passion fruit gelatin is ready.
