Ingredients

  • 1 passion fruit

  • 100 ml of hot water

  • 100 ml of water at room temperature

  • 1 pack of passion fruit gelatin

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 2 boxes of sour cream

Directions

  • Dissolve the gelatin in 100 ml of hot water, mixing well, transfer to another container and wait to cool down a bit.
  • Add the sour cream and stir well. 
    Pour the mixture into a refractory, cover and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it hardens.
  • Put the passion fruit pulp in a pan, add 100 ml of water, the sugar and stir constantly over low heat until it thickens. 
    Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • Add the passion fruit syrup over the dessert, leave it in the fridge a little longer if you prefer and the creamy passion fruit gelatin is ready.
