Creamy Passion Fruit Mousse

Ingredients

  • Mousse
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g)

  • 400ml passion fruit juice (pulp only)

  • 2 cans of condensed milk

  • 2 box of sour cream

  • Syrup
  • pulp of 2 passion fruit

  • 5 spoons of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of water

Directions

  • Syrup
  • In a pan, add 2 passion fruit pulps;
  • Add 5 tablespoons of sugar;
  • Add half a cup of water;
  • Mix and bring to a boil;
  • Turn off as soon as it starts to thicken;
  • Mousse
  • Hydrate the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water;
  • In a blender, add 400ml of passion fruit juice (only the pulp);
  • Add 2 cans of condensed milk;
  • Add 2 cans of cream;
  • Beat well;
  • Take the hydrated gelatin to the microwave for 20 seconds and add to the blender while mixing;
  • Transfer to a platter;
  • Place in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours;
  • Add the passion fruit syrup;
