Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice (cooked)
1 package of grated Parmesan cheese (50 grams)
1 box of sour cream
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 chopped onion
Black pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat, place the butter and sauté the chopped onion, always stirring well.Â
As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the cooked rice and mix well.Â
Reduce to low fire, add the cottage cheese, the cream of milk and continue stirring well. - Add the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste.Â
Add more salt if necessary and mix well over low heat. - Turn off the heat, transfer the creamy rice to another container if you prefer and the dish is ready to serve.
