Ingredients
3 tablespoons rice flour
2 cups of hydrated tapioca gum (tea)
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon cake yeast
1 teaspoon(s) of salt
1/2 pack of shredded coconut
200 ml of coconut milk
50 ml of oil
Directions
- Add the eggs and salt to a bowl and mix well.
Put the oil, coconut milk, grated coconut and mix again. - Add the hydrated gum, rice flour, yeast and mix until the dough is smooth and uniform.
- Pour all the dough into a greased form and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Let the creamy tapioca bread cool completely before taking it out of the mold and the recipe is ready.
