250 grams of wheat flour
500 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of oil
2 tablespoons vanilla essence (optional)
- In a mixer put the wheat flour, salt, eggs and beat for a few minutes.
Add the oil, milk and vanilla essence (optional).
Beat until homogenized and set aside for 1 hour.
- Grease a frying pan with a little oil just once, put it on the fire and let it get hot.
