The 30th edition of the Critics Choice Awards has been postponed. The ceremony was to take place on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at the Barker Hanger at the Santa Monica Airport, CA.
The organizers of the Critics' Awards They announced the new date as Sunday, January 26. The rescheduled event will remain at the Barker Hangar. The live broadcast will be carried out by E! with Chelsea Handler as host of the event for the third consecutive year. In the United States it will be available on Peacock the next day.
In Mexico and rest of Latin America its live broadcast will be carried out by TNT y MAX.
CCA executive director Joey Berlin said in a statement to the media (via Deadline):
“This unfolding tragedy has already had a profound impact on our community. “All our thoughts and prayers are with those fighting the devastating fires and with all those who have been affected.”
The event is executive produced by Bob Bain Productions and Berlin Entertainment. The Critics Choice Awards are represented by Dan Black of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
