Ingredients
800 ml of water
800 grams corn on the cob
1 cup (tea) granulated sugar
Cinnamon powder to taste for sprinkling (optional)
Directions
- Remove the corn from the cobs with the help of a knife and transfer to the blender.
Add the water and beat for between 3 and 4 minutes.
Sift corn juice through a strainer into a saucepan and add sugar. - Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes without stopping stirring with a spoon.
Transfer to a platter, wait for the candy to cool down a bit and sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste over it.
Cover, leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours and the corn curau is ready to serve.
