Neon and Topic Studios started the marketing campaign of Splitsvillea project promoted as “A non -romantic comedy” on How to live an open marriage.
In it First trailer Shared this morning by the studies, marriages crumble, collide and intertwine in a chaotically funny way.
Dakota Johnson (Materialists, Am I Ok?) y Adria Arjona (Hit Man, Blink Twice) In leading roles, next to Michael Covino (Riff Raff) y Kyle Marvin (WeCrashed).
Covino directs the feature film with a script co -written with Marvin, marking a new collaboration between them after having done The Climb (2019).
In the movie, Marvin plays Carey, whom his wife Ashley (Arjona) asks for divorce. When Carey seeks the advice of his friends, Julie (Johnson) and Paul (Covino), discover that The secret of his happiness is an open marriage. But when Carey tries for himself with Ashley and ends up crossing the line, that makes everyone their relationships become chaos.
The comedy celebrated its world premiere in the most recent edition of the Cannes Film Festival last May.

Official synopsis:
“After Ashley asks for divorce, Carey uses his friends Julie and Paul and finds out that his happy marriage is open. But when Carey crosses the line, chaos unleashes in all relationships.”
The rest of the cast includes Nicholas Braun (Succession), David Castañeda (The Umbrella Academy), y OT FRONS (The Handmaid’s Tale).
This is a co -production of Neon and Topic Studios and a new collaboration between both studies after having done Infinity Pool (2023).
Neon, Topic Studios, Johnson, Covino and Marvin, produce the feature film with Emily Kortweg, Ro Donnelly, and Samantha Racanelli. Arjona and Paul Barbeau are the executive producers.
Neon plans the premiere Splitsville In cinemas for August 22, 2025 In the United States. It remains for knowing the date assigned to Mexico and other Latin American countries.
