In recent days, Universal Pictures started the marketing campaign for Disclosure Dayhe original secret project on UFOs of Steven Spielbergwhich in our region will be known as The day of revelation.
After releasing the first trailer, the studio shares a new official image focused on Emily Blunt (Oppenheimer, A Quiet Place) y Josh O’Connor (Challengers, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery).
Blunt plays a weather girl who, alongside O'Connor's character, discovers that something strange is happening in the world.
The cast also includes Colin Firth (The King’s Speech), y Eve Hewson (Bad Sisters, The Perfect Couple), y Colman Domingo (Sing Sing).
The UFO movie marks Spielberg's return to science fictiona genre addressed by the director with the acclaimed Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) y E.T. (1982). Decades later he made A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001), War of the Worlds (2005), y Ready Player One (2018).

The script of David Koeppis based on an original idea by Spielberg.
Koepp has written the scripts for Spielberg films such as Jurassic Parkthe sequel The Lost World: Jurassic Park, War of the Worlds, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulland more recently Jurassic World Rebirth.
The producers of the feature film are Spielberg and Kristie Macosko Krieger, with executive producers Chris Brigham and Adam Somner.
Amblin Entertainment is the production company, and Universal Pictures is the distributor.
Spielberg's iconic and frequent collaborator, John Williamsis in charge of the original soundtrack, with another frequent associate of the directorJanusz Kaminski (West Side Story, Lincoln, War Horse, Saving Private Ryan, Schindler’s List), as director of photography.
This is Spielberg's first film since the release of The Fabelmans (2022).
The day of revelationonly in theaters from June 11, 2026 in Latin Americaand the June 12 in the USA.
