Quick, easy and delicious dessert like this jelly pudding is sure to make anyone crazy to taste it!
Ingredients
1 and a half packets of colorless, unflavored gelatin
1 cup (tea) of sugar
350 ml milk at room temperature
400 grams of condensed milk
200 grams of sour cream
Directions
- Melt the sugar in a pan or in the pudding mold over low heat, stirring constantly until it starts to caramelize.Â
Add 1/2 cup (tea) of hot water before the sugar comes to a boil (be careful not to burn yourself with the steam).Â
Let the sugar melt completely, turn off the heat and set aside. - In a container add the colorless gelatin, 50 ml of water and mix well.Â
Melt in the microwave for 15 seconds, or in a water bath.Â
Place the milk, condensed milk, cream, dissolved gelatin in a blender and beat well. - Spread the cold syrup all over the bottom and sides of the form.Â
Then gently pour the liquid mixture and refrigerate for a few hours. - Remove the pudding from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.Â
Unmold onto a platter or plate and the gelatine pudding is ready.
