A dessert can be delicious and super practical, as is the case with this irresistible gelatin pudding that doesn’t go in the oven!
Quick, easy and delicious dessert like this jelly pudding is sure to make anyone crazy to taste it!
1 and a half packets of colorless, unflavored gelatin
1 cup (tea) of sugar
350 ml milk at room temperature
400 grams of condensed milk
200 grams of sour cream
- Melt the sugar in a pan or in the pudding mold over low heat, stirring constantly until it starts to caramelize.
Add 1/2 cup (tea) of hot water before the sugar comes to a boil (be careful not to burn yourself with the steam).
Let the sugar melt completely, turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a container add the colorless gelatin, 50 ml of water and mix well.
Melt in the microwave for 15 seconds, or in a water bath.
Place the milk, condensed milk, cream, dissolved gelatin in a blender and beat well.
- Spread the cold syrup all over the bottom and sides of the form.
Then gently pour the liquid mixture and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Remove the pudding from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
Unmold onto a platter or plate and the gelatine pudding is ready.
