Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 can of cream (200 grams)
1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)
3 sachets of gelatin in the flavor of your choice
200 ml of hot water
Directions
- Add the gelatin to the hot water in a bowl and stir until dissolved.
Transfer to the blender and add the milk, condensed milk and cream.
Cover and beat for 2 to 3 minutes. - Transfer the mixture to a platter or refractory, cover and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until the candy is very firm.
Serve the dessert chilled.
