Children “Kid Blue” – despite the band name, Enfants is a Japanese quartet that has been playing together for some time and has just released its 3rd EP “D.” published (the first two were called “Q.” and “E.”). Their style could be described as indie rock, with a distinctly western touch that reminds me a bit of Nada Surf, for example.
Melys «Santa Cruz» – it's been a really long time since I last heard of the Welsh indie band Melys. I've always loved their melodic indie pop – and now they're back like they never left. In any case, the new single makes you sit up and take notice, it's so melt-in-your-mouth and likeable.
