Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming sci-fi comedy titled They Cloned Tyrone. The film stars Jamie Foxx, John Boyega, and Teyonah Parris, and is described as “Friday meets Get Out.” It looks like it’s going to be a great and entertaining movie.
In the movie, “A Series of creepy happenings pushes an unlikely trio on the trail of a nefarious government experiment in this mystery adventure.”
The film marks the feature directorial debut of Creed II screenwriter Joel Taylorwho has also written the script with Tony Rettenmaier. The cast includes Kiefer Sutherland, J. Alphonse Nicholson, David Alan Grier, Tamberla Perry, Eric Robinson Jr. and others.
The film is produced by Charles D. King, CEO of MACRO, and features Taylor, Rettenmaier and Stephen “Dr.” Love as producers. It is also executive produced by Mark R. Wright y Jack Murray from Macro. They Cloned Tyrone will premiere on Netflix on Friday, July 21, 2023.
