This banana and apple oatmeal fit cake can be enjoyed guilt-free!
In addition to being tasty and healthy, this fit cake is practical and can be easily made at home!
2 tablespoons oat flakes (optional)
1 cup (tea) of oat flour
1 tablespoon of cake yeast
1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
Cinnamon powder to taste
- Chop and mash the bananas, transfer to a container and add the chopped apples, eggs and mix well.
Add brown sugar, oat flour, rolled oats and mix more.
- Add the baking powder, cinnamon powder to taste and mix until the dough is homogenized.
Then transfer to a greased shape and flour with oat flour.
- Bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes in the oven preheated to 240º₢.
Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Unmold the fit cake and the recipe is ready to be served.
