With simple ingredients and almost no work it is possible to make a fluffy and tasty corn cake!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 80 ml of oil

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 can of green corn

  • 1 cup corn or flake flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • In a blender place the drained corn, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, oil, sugar, corn flour or flakes and baking powder.
  • Beat for about 3 minutes and transfer the smooth and homogeneous mixture to a greased and floured shape.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes. 
    Then remove from the oven and wait for it to cool.
  • Unmold the cake with the help of a knife and the fluffy corn cake is ready to eat.
