Fluffy Corn Cake
With simple ingredients and almost no work it is possible to make a fluffy and tasty corn cake!
80 ml of oil
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 can of green corn
1 cup corn or flake flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- In a blender place the drained corn, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, oil, sugar, corn flour or flakes and baking powder.
- Beat for about 3 minutes and transfer the smooth and homogeneous mixture to a greased and floured shape.
- Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes.
Then remove from the oven and wait for it to cool.
- Unmold the cake with the help of a knife and the fluffy corn cake is ready to eat.
